Ton Veth

Chairman: Prof. Dr. Ir. A.F.L. (Ton) Veth has a background in electrical engineering (M.Sc) and Medicine (Ph.D). He started the first EDI projects in health care in the 80's as Director for Cendata BV. After that he worked in pharmaceutical wholesaling at ACF/Brocacef as Chief Information Officer, where he had his first contact with TIE as a customer. He was appointed as Professor in EDI/eBusiness at the Technical University of Eindhoven (TU/e) in 1992. From 1997-2001 he also worked at BaaN Institute as Chief Scientific Officer and later for BaaN Nederland. He is now CEO of Cebra, until recently a TU/e business unit dedicated to advising companies and government institutions on the application of ICT and the streamlining of their business processes and eBusiness. His is currently involved in the application of virtual worlds, based on the new Virtuocity-technology developed by Cebra.


Peter van Schaick

P.P. (Peter) van Schaick had several senior financial management positions for both Dutch and international companies. In 1987 he became Financial Director of QMS Europe BV, a distributor of laser printers for the European market. In 1995, he put together a management buy-out and in 1999 successfully sold the company to Konica-Minolta. Since then he has been active as a private investor particularly in: Objectif Lune Inc, TIE Holding NV, and Alto Imaging Technology Inc.

Erik Honée

Mr. Drs. E.R. (Erik) Honée has a background in legal and organization sociology (Erasmus University, Rotterdam). He has over twenty years of experience as a lawyer and seven years experience as a Merger and Acquisitions consultant.
The last 5 years, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank, Rotterdam (until May 2005) and member of the Supervisory Board of RT Company N.V./Vivenda Media Group N.V. (until March 2008). Erik is currently Consultant M&A (Diligence), director of Merula Participaties and Beleggingen B.V., director of Honee Advocatuur Holding B.V., Chairman of the Complaints Committee Vlietland Hospital (Schiedam, The Netherlands) and investor in multiple companies.
