TIE customers are conducting integration projects to increase the number of trading partners doing business online, or what analysts call B2Bi. In some organizations a prerequisite to optimal B2Bi is the integration of internal systems which, when tied to external trading entities, will create a back-office-to-back-office relationship between buyers and sellers.
