Investor Relations Policy 2009

This policy provides an overview of the relationshp with analysts, financial press and investors.

The Company shall inform all shareholders and other parties in the financial market equally and simultaneously about matters that may affect the share price. Press Releases shall be drafted in English (U.S.) or in Dutch. All shareholders and other interested people or entities are requested to contact the Company (Investor Relations), if they would like to receive the press releases directly upon release (per e-mail).

The Company attaches great value to transparency. Notwithstanding the foregoing, al contact with financial press, analysts and investors (explicitly the bilateral contacts with shareholders) shall be carefully handled and structured.
